The good news is: I'm beginning to think it's a dietary issue, believe it or not. Again, without going into all the details of what one should or shouldn't eat, I'm finding that as I clean up my diet, the pain is lessening. I'm starting on a herbal detox tomorrow, and will be interested to see how much the condition improves. Regardless, I'll be seeing the doctor in May, to assess the situation.
This is partially to explain why I missed last weeks updating of the site. Pain and money worries are a real downer. But we shall put all that aside for now.
This summer promises to be TV hell, as it is an election year, and all the commercial breaks (which seem to get longer and longer all the time - have you noticed?) are filled with awful people saying awful things about the other guy. I'm almost GLAD the TV isn't working. Yay for Netflix.
Speaking of movies, Google has a new "Play" app, where you can rent movies. I rented "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" last night, which was something I had wanted to see, but it didn't come to the Taos theater. It was OK, but the volume was too quiet (maybe that's because I don't have a device, and had to watch it on YouTube), and, in terms of the movie itself, dependent upon the 2nd and 3rd books getting made into major productions as well. Ain't likely. There's a good production from the 80's starring Alex Guiness as George Smiley. I recommend it highly.
